    A comic con for the community, by the community, right here in Amsterdam! We celebrate things from comics and cosplay to gaming and pop culture, bringing fans together to connect, create and share their passion. Whether you’re an artist, cosplayer or just here for fun there is a place for you in our community.

    Our Mission

    The mission of A-Con is to create a high quality convention where creativity and community come first. We aim to support artists and creators, offer a safe and welcoming environment, and celebrate pop culture in many forms. A-Con is designed to grow step by step in a sustainable and realistic way.

    Our Story

    A-Con started as an idea between people who love pop culture and events. We saw an opportunity to create a new convention with a strong focus on planning, clarity and community. This first edition is the beginning of a long term project with room to grow.

    A‑CON will be held in Amsterdam. The final venue will be revealed soon.

    Ticket sales will begin after the date and venue are confirmed.

    Applications will open in 2025.

    Participate in Artist AlleyArtist Alley at A-Con is a space for independent artist and creators.
    Whether you create prints, comics, illustrations, handmade items or fan art, Artist Alley is the place to showcase your work, meet fellow fan and connect directly with visitors.    We want Artist Alley to feel welcoming and accessible, with strong focus on creativity
    and community. A-Con aims to support both emerging and established artist by giving them a platform present and sell their work in a supporting environment.    Artist spots are limited and the selection will be carefully composed to ensure a diverse line up. Registration does not automatically guarantee a spot, but all applications will be carefully reviewed.Interested in joining Artist alley?
